Mrs. Francesconi is a founding partner of WT Capital Lender Services and has vast knowledge of foreclosure proceedings, particularly as pertaining to complex loans and commercial properties. With more than 40 years of legal experience, she has been focused in the areas of real estate, creditors’ remedies, civil litigation and bankruptcy. She is a member of the United Trustee’s Association and is a Certified Trustee’s Sale Officer.
Nate Kucera

Mr. Kucera graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies. Nate is licensed with the Department of Real Estate as a Broker and holds an NMLS license. He has been with WT Capital since 2021 and brings vast knowledge of real estate and lending. Mr. Kucera is a member of the California Trustee’s Association.
Hanno T. Powell, Esq.

Mr. Powell is a founding partner of WT Capital Lender Services and a 1987 graduate of the University of San Diego, School of Law. Hanno specializes in creditors' remedies in Bankruptcy and State Courts, foreclosures, real estate, business transactions and problem loan workouts. He was a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and foreclosure issues to members of the Bar, financial institutions, universities and real estate professionals.

Mrs. Hatmaker graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree, cum laude, then graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, J.D. with distinction. Susan has been a practicing attorney for 28 years and joined the WT Capital Lender Services team in 2021.

Over his 20-year career in finance and technology Dave has held executive roles for leading global banks. Dave’s experience in lending, business development, digital transformation, and team building includes everything from early-stage startup companies to large global enterprises, and he brings a track record in strategy, leadership, and disciplined execution that serves thee industry well.
